Data processing to communicate with you

In addition to the contract data, we process your communication data (address, telephone number, e-mail address) in order to be able to contact you and communicate. Personal data that you provide to us by e-mail or telephone will only be processed for correspondence with you or only for the purpose for which you have made the data available to us.

Data processing to fulfill legal obligations

In addition, we process your data to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. supervisory requirements, commercial and tax law storage and documentation obligations).

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR, which allows processing to fulfill a legal obligation.

Categories of recipients of personal data

Your contract and communication data will be forwarded to the responsible office and the responsible employees within our company in order to answer your inquiries, for communication or to carry out the order. The basis for this is again Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties outside our company or otherwise transmitted if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or billing or if you have given your prior consent or if there is a legal basis for the transmission.

Insofar as we use the services of third parties to carry out and handle processing, the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation are complied with.

We pass personal data on to the following third parties, who process personal data on their own responsibility (so-called responsible persons, cf. Art. 4 No. 7 DSGVO), within the scope of legal admissibility and necessity: auditors, tax consultants, lawyers, authorities.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We pass this data on to the responsible persons within our company or to the responsible persons within our group of companies. Otherwise there will be no disclosure without your express consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient for this. The legality of the data processing operations that took place up until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Duration of data storage

In principle, we delete your data as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes mentioned above, unless temporary storage is still necessary. We store your data on the basis of legal proof and storage obligations, which result from the German Commercial Code and the Tax Code, among other things. The storage periods are then up to ten full years. In addition, we keep your data for the period in which claims can be asserted against our company (statutory limitation period of three to thirty years).

The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR.
